This fine example of handmade earthenware pottery came from a North Carolina estate along with several other pieces dating from the 1800s through the Mid-Century. It features a round, bowl shape with three looped handles, three rosettes and three bullseye elements. It is un-glazed but for the lower interior. There is also a drainage hole on the bottom. Unsigned.
It measures approximately 4-1/2" tall, 6-3/4" in diameter at the top rim excluding ornamentals.
The condition is as shown in the photographs. Natural imperfections, no cracks or chips.
