This model rocket kit is brand new in an open box. I did not see the manual for it, unless it's hidden inside one of the sealed bags, just assume that it isn't there. All bags inside are sealed, and appears to be complete (minus the instructions).

-Shipping is calculated based on your location. Many listings (esp. heavier items) may have multiple options...there may a cheaper option when you go to checkout.
-I do combine shipping, in most cases I will just refund you the difference in the actual shipping cost
