This MODE and traction control stab switch has never been in a vehicle. It was removed from a brand new, assembly line leftover console. It is in excellent condition. It is GM part number 23190962. It lists for $20+ on the GM sites. If you're attempting to replace an existing module, make sure this matches your part number, as multiple versions are possible.
