Cancelling Your Order:
Your order is important to us and will be processed within one hour of purchase. If you happen to change your mind after payment is confirmed, our team will do our best to stop the order, but we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
Inventory
We are a clearinghouse of major retailers. In the unlikely event that the item is sold out or on backorder, we will refund 100% of your money.
Return Policy
All merchandise sold is brand new in the box and must be returned in the same condition. We offer a 30 Day free return policy for most of our products but in some listings a 15% restocking fee may be applied.
Please keep in mind that items which weigh more than 150lbs, we are not able to provide a return label, in case if the item came damaged by delivery services or the item defective, please let us know before open return case. We will try to resolve the issue or help you to schedule pick up and give further navigation.

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders within 48 states with no hidden fees. We DO NOT ship: International, PO Box, APO, DPO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or Puerto Rico.
We ask that you please provide a physical address for your order so it arrives on your doorstep safely.

Shipping to a different address is possible, however the address must be confirmed from the buyer side and our map system. Please note that we do not receive a tracking number until the item is scanned in with our shipping carrier. We will update your order with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available to us.
