During the Easter season in 2022 I had the opportunity to buy some of these glass bunny rabbits, so in addition to mine I got a few for fellow collectors who didn’t have access to a store that sold them.
The bunny is approximately 4 1/2 inches long, 4 1/8 inches tall, and weighs 14.8 ounces before packing for shipping. So it ships in the 2 pound rate. It is clear glass that was stained or painted white. There is a unique design on the base, that no other HON (hen on nest) or animal covered dish has. There are blocks of 6 strands of “reed” alternating diagonally, to create a zig-zag design, with straight lines at the top and bottom of the pattern. A similar design is on the very bottom of the base, too.
