The Edwards MTR CTRL M/PK IPUP2 is a controller for the Edwards iPUP2, a compact, low-energy dry pump used 
for wafer handling and other clean duty applications. The IPUP2 has a flow rate of 180m3/h and can quickly pump 
down load lock chambers. It's small, lightweight, and has low vibration and noise levels, making it ideal for use on-tool 
or within a fab's waffle floor.
