How to use Sweet Wormwood

Tea: 1.5 grams of sweet wormwood (1/2 teaspoon) is brewed for 10 minutes with 600 ml of boiling water. The resulting tea is strained and drunk at room temperature, 3 times a day, 15 minutes before meals.
For dosing, use the following formula: 0.02 grams per kilogram of body weight for an adult.

Extract: 1 teaspoon of herb in 200 ml of water for 2 hours. Drink 100 ml each before lunch and dinner.

Contraindications
Sweet wormwood, as well as other types of wormwood, are not recommended for use in ulcers, gastritis and other stomach diseases. Also in nursing mothers, due to the change in the taste of breast milk, as well as in pregnant women.
