    This is nice shorts.   We got this from seized storage unit that had not been opened since 1990.  Everything in this is old and from rich older single lady.    The tag with material is not here

.  RARE-   No holes or rips

May smell a bit musty and may need washing.

Measurements.-

18-19" at widest point 

11-12" Long - this is high waist mom style 

  Most of what she wore was small.   I am not sure that is exact sizing as today.
