A pre-owned child mannequin about 26.5" tall with wood topper, 20" waist, . Has metal loop - would need a pole stand to connect.
Shows minor signs of use,

To display fashions, no head, wood neck cap. no base or holding pole. I believe this is poseable, but didn't try to move legs or arms.
