Measurements 38" x 12" approximate.

Also there is a 1" hem at the sides.

Valance is detailed: at the 6 3/4" mark under the burlap, there are 2 non adjustable burlap loops starting 6" from both sides.

There are small imperfections from the burlap fabric. These irregularities are characteristics of burlap and should not be considered defective.
