This is a lot of 6 Barbie dolls and  1 Stacie doll that were included in McDonald's Happy Meals in the 1990s. These mini dolls were part of a promotional campaign and are considered fast food and cereal premiums. The dolls are in used condition, show some signs of wear and were likely played with.
