This is an Early American Pattern Glass era (antique) milk glass salt shaker. It was made by Northwood Glass company between 1881-1900. Although it's given name or line number is not known, it has an AKA name of Bow and Tassel.

The salt shaker is 3 1/2 inches tall with the lid on, or just a little bit over 3 inches without the lid. It is 2 1/8 inches wide at the base. It's in very good condition for its age. The rim of the glass is rough (as you may be aware, antique shakers were broken off at the top, and left fairly rough, so this is normal), and may have 2 or more chips -- they blend in with the natural rough broken edge and it's difficult to tell what is factory roughness and what is a chip. But I did find 2 shiny places where I think it is chipped. The shaker lid is old, and has a lot of wear on the finish. There is no corrosion on the inside, so perhaps this salt shaker wasn't used very much. (Although my photo shows old dried sticker adhesive on the bottom, it was easily removed.) Please examine my photos carefully.
