- This is a very rare, original, vintage 4 track tape cartridge for the various artists album entitled, "Teen Star Track Vol. 5". Columbia label TC4 number 14 100442. Telepro Industries Fidelipac.

- Condition of tape appears VG++ (very good ++) to near mint, but I have no way of playing to grade the integrity of the tape itself. It appears that the felt pads have broken down over the years and would need to be replaced. There are many online repair kits available for purchase. Condition of the casing as per photos.
