This was purchased at a craft fair, so I really don't know anything about size or material.

• Fits an older child (fits my 12 year old)
• unsure how small of a child it would fit
• I can actually wear it (avg size female adult) but large adult would not fit it 
• look at all 10 photos and zoom in
• length and width shown in last 2 photos
• remember-this is not a mass-produced cap, but hand-crafted, so it is not perfect
