Generic Unidisc cover looks good, a few creases near edges; light scuffing and some surface abrasion (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (plastic Uniwave); one seam partially split. Spine is easy-to-read with mild wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. BPM ("123") written on one side of label. (Not a cut-out.)
