How to Choose the Right Solar Panel for Your Car?
1.Battery Condition---First of all, our solar panels are only suitable for trickle charging and maintaining 12V batteries, not suitable for batteries already dead. Please check your battery condition before use this solar trickle charger, if the use of the car battery is too long or aging, then even if the solar panel is charged, the battery may not be fully charged or the charging state may not be kept.
2.Power Output---The larger the power of the solar panel, the faster the charging speed. If the solar panel's power is not enough to meet the needs of the car battery, the battery may not be fully charged even if it is exposed to sunlight all day. So please choose the right watts to match your battery.
3.Usage---If you use your car daily, a lower wattage panel may suffice to maintain your battery. For vehicles parked for extended periods, higher wattage panels (20W and above) provide better effect against battery drain. 30W is ideal for larger vehicles, like SUVs or RVs, or if you have several power-hungry devices to charge.
