Tested and working. The game loaded up and I was able to play for a bit. The disc shows surface marks but the top side has been marked on with black marker. The case shows stickers/sticker residue, black marker, the UPC has been  ut out of the artwork, typical shelf wear and may also have scuffs, scratches, dings and/or knicks that are hard to see in the photos. The items pictured are the actual items you will receive. Any download/digital codes cannot be verified and are therefore assumed to have been previously used.
