The Door Boot Seal is an OEM part for Samsung washing machines. This part creates a water-tight seal between the door and the drum. This flexible rubber gasket prevents water from leaking out of the front-load washer during operation.

Causes of a bad Door Boot Seal can include regular wear and tear from constant use, exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals that can degrade the rubber, or physical damage from loading and unloading laundry. 

Symptoms of a bad Door Boot Seal include:

• Visible signs of wear, cracks, or holes in the seal.
• Water leaking from the front of the washing machine during cycles.
• Mold or mildew smell coming from the seal, indicating trapped moisture and bacteria.
