Rare 1834 Deed Flourishly signed by him as Deputy Sheriff and
Sheriff Frederick P Bellinger.
On April 10th, 1835 Ezra Graves, Commissioner of deeds
signed the document on the reverse.
Signed again by Spinner on the 11th of September, 1837 on reverse.
Purchased called a broadside, which ignored the reverse of the document revealing it as a deed. Sizeable 15 1/2" x 12 1/2"
Old note slip identifying his 1838 commissioner position over building the state lunatic asylum.
The (originally) sealed Proposal for said asylum. Folds severe and paper aging making for crumbly state of affairs.
