🏆Start your baking journey: 

1. Insert the screw from the bottom of the peel.

2. Put the handle on the top of the screw and screw it with the wood knob (Please notice the handle is on the convex side of peel).

3. After use, loosen the wood knob and rotate the handle 180° and store it anywhere you want.


Warm tips when using: 

✅1. Please sprinkle cornmeal or flour (or both) on your peel before putting the dough on it. You will slide the pizza on and off the peel more easily.

✅2. When cleaning the pizza peel set in warm or soapy water, you should remove the wood handle and hand wash the peel with the scrub sponge. Not dishwasher safe. Then dry it immediately.

❌3. Please do not slice the pizza on this peel directly. It may get your blade damaged or leave some scratches on the peel.

❌4. Please do not leave the peel in the oven for a long time. It may burn out your wood handle or heat the peel to burn yourself.
