This is a whimsical and adorable two-piece skirt and top set by Quacker Factory / QVC.
It's vintage New Old Stock QVC - I think from the 90's.
Size Large / L
BRAND NEW WITH TAGS.  Also includes extra beads and thread in a little bag.
95% polyester, 35% viscose rayon soft black stretch knit.
Hand washable.
Made in India.
THE TOP
is a tee style.  Boat neck. Lots of embroidered and beaded fanciful bugs and butterflies in pinks, blues, silver and purples.
Straight hem.
THE SKIRT
Is straight, has an elastic waist, side slit, Midi length. The skirt also has bead embellishment.
