PUPPET: One Eyed Alien - Rainbow Body & Sparkly Pink Feathers

STYLE: Bag

MATERIALS: The head construction is from 1/2" foam. The fabric is a type of furry rainbow fleece.  It has regular feathers with sparkly streamer pieces built in.

SIZE: About 29 Inches Tall, measuring from the top of the head to the bottom of the body; 40" long from the top of the head to the end of the fingers

FEATURES: Glove hands & draping fabric to simulate a body

NOTES: This is a bag puppet, meaning there is no actual body but instead draping fabric (think 'Cookie Monster'-style).  The two hands are made as gloves so you can put your hand into which ever side you wish.  This is a 100% custom made puppet that took approximately four hours to design and build.

ABOUT ME: I'm a storyteller for a library system in Kansas City and began making puppets as props for my outreach visits.  As I challenged myself with each new creation, testing new techniques and seeing what I could do, I found myself swamped with puppets!  So now I offer them here on Bonanza and locally at craft shows.  I've been making puppets professionally for 10+ years, designing & building them from scratch.  I always look forward to new challenges to bring these funny creations to life and love the joy they bring to my customers.
