The frame is in excellent condition but does not operate.  This was a gift that had a recording on it from the giver but was never used.  Includes the original storage box.  I have put 4 new batteries in it but still will not record.  Someone may be able to fix it to record.   This is being sold AS IS!!!  No returns!!!
