✅ Originating in 19th century Russia, this medium-sized green/yellow cooking apple ripens in the early-mid season. Use it as a root stock or grow it as Antonovka apple. This variety is very old and heirloom meaning it is true to type from the seed.

✅  Renowned for its outstanding cold-hardiness, it has gained popularity in the northern United States. Antonovka belongs to pollination group 3, producing large, green, and tart apples. Need another apple tree from this group for cross pollination.

✅  During Summer: Sent In container with soil (leaves will be removed or cut short to conserve on water consumption), in the mailing tube or box. (May trough September). During Winter: Sent Bare root with roots wrapped in wet media during its dormancy (October trough April).
