Wonderful Georgian Silver Box with JACK monogrammed on the lid.  It is hallmarked William Comyns & Sons, 1911 London inside the lid and on the left side of the box itself.  This cedar lined box has been well loved and has small dents, scratches and scrapes.  Likely used to store tobacco or snuff, it would make a wonderful jewelry or keepsake box.  Quite heavy and measures 5.5” x 3.5” by 2”.  Please note that the original cedar bottom is present but does stay fitted inside the box.
