This is a stapled 32 page booklet approximately 8" x 10".  It was published as a vacation advertisement.  It has many  beautiful historical Americana photos - several per page - some black and white, some full color.

Cover is loose (almost detached), torn, and chipped.  Please see photos.  Inside has a small (dime-sized) stain on one page and has some dog-eared pages.
