True vintage Presentation brown soft wood winter coat has pockets and A-line style. This has a beautiful light brown mink collar that buttons at the neck and also has a hidden snap to keep it closed around your neck for warmth. Long sleeves. Lined with brown satin that is embroidered and feels wonderful next to your skin. This is about knee length or just below the knee.

Condition is previously owned true vintage. This has been well cared for over the years and worn lightly and gently. Condition is consistent with normal light use and age. The mink collar is matted in one small place and may be able to be fluffed back up by someone who knows furs, not sure. I also found one area on the back of the coat, towards the right side below the hip area, where the fabric has a dent or ding or pock mark in it. It doesn't look like a hole,  but just an area that has either been damaged by something or may be able to be brushed out. Not sure, but will leave that up to the buyer. This is normal for wool that is this age, and it's still in amazing condition for being 60+ years old. And the style is amazing. Very mid-century classic glam.

Measurements. Please take a few minutes to measure a similar garment you already own that fits you well, and compare those measurements to the measurements given to insure proper fit. I measured this on the inside at the bust area from the button hole and under arm hole, across back and to the button in front and it measured about 43 inches. You will need to allow at least 3 inches for comfort and ease in movement, so best fit on this coat would be 38 to 40 inches around at the bust. You also need to allow room for clothing you are wearing.

The length measured from nape of neck in back down center to hem is about 40 inches

The sleeve is 3/4 inch and raglan, measures about 34 inches from the collar to the cuff.
