This tool has an early style International logo on it which was used from 1902 until the 1980s. It has this IHC logo and the 2E identifier on the heel “jaw” or handle which makes it somewhat unique as most of the IHC wrenches of this era had the IHC log on the Jaw head.   Farm equipment companies moved to supplying equipment with sized open end wrenches and crescent style wrenches by the late 1920’s this puts this wrench in the early 1900’s.

The wrench is 9 ¼ inches long, the Jaw opens to 1 3/4 inches with a depth of 1 1/8  inches. There is no rounding of the jaws – shows use but not misuse. The jaw nut still moves the heel jaw up and down smoothly Vintage is still useable for the purposes it was made. The wrench shows scuffing and markings typical for it’s age and use.
