The Fletcher Manufacturing Company was a Toronto, Ontario company that manufactured confectioners' and candy makers' tools and machines, soda fountains, tea and coffee urns, and hotel supplies of similar type. They were especially active in the late 1800s early 1900’s.  

Established in 1881 by a tinsmith named Benjamin Fletcher, the company offered a wide assortment of equipment, hard goods, supplies and machines for the professional, baker,  candy confectionary, hotel industry etc. Everything for from industrial baking ovens to cake decorations and tools.   Items are described with capacities and prices.  From flour bag elevators to wedding cake decorations. These catalogues include everything from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s needed to run large restaurants, bakeries and industrial bread makers.  They have supplies, hard goods and equipment, even the willow carrying baskets and drivers money pouch for home delivery of bread. There are two catalogues, B50 and B46 both are vey similar/same in products advertised. They would have been published in the early 1900’s . 

 In good shape for their age and use.  Both books have their spines intact. B50 has all 160 pages attached, B46 has 206 pages similarly attached. No rips or tears however the pages are yellowed and there are a couple of stains and edge abrasions in each catalogue.  The B50 catalogue has a significant abrasion on the lower left corner however the spine still holds all pages securely.  Please see the pictures for the most accurate condition of the product.
