is the subject of the 2019 Royal Copenhagen Christmas Cup and Saucer, which matches the view on the 2019 Royal Copenhagen Christmas Plate.  It features a horse and a rabbit eyeing each other on a frosty winter’s night, with a full moon shining in the background.

The design was created by Allan Therkelsen and is embossed on Danish porcelain and hand painted in traditional Copenhagen blue under the glaze.   The cup is just over 2 1/2 inches high by just over 2 1/2 inches in diameter (excluding the handle); the saucer is approximately 5 3/4 inches in diameter.  Appropriately marked on the bottom of each piece, including the three wavy line trademark of Royal Copenhagen.  MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) was $150 in 2019; my price is less than half that.  The series ran from 1979 to 2019, with 2019 being the last year the Christmas Cups and Saucers were made.
