Freddie the Teddy Bear is having a picnic with his friends under a flowering tree.  Each has his favorite food:  Freddie has his jar of honey; the rabbit is holding a carrot; and the dog is holding a bone.  This is the second plate in the “Freddie and his Friends” series.

The design is embossed on Danish porcelain and hand painted in traditional Copenhagen cobalt blue under the glaze. Diameter just under 6 inches, fully marked on the back including the three tower trademark of B&G.  Pierced foot for hanging wire. Designed by Sven Vestergaard.
