You will receive one envelope and one bag. The envelope is not gummed, so you would need to seal it with tape or a sticker. The bag is somewhat wrinkled. The outside of the envelope measures 5.3 inches by 3.4 inches (not including the flap). The envelope is made of paper. The outside of the bag measures 6 inches by 3.9 inches and is made of plastic. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home. I re-use mailing envelopes and packing material in order to keep my prices low.
