You are buying an unusual oval shaped biscuit cracker jar European made 7 3/4” long x 4 1/4” wide x 7 1/8” tall cut glass with SILVERPLATED rim/handle. This piece is maker marked Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik near the handle connection. I am not sure who did the cutting since metal companies and glass companies did collaborative work.
The condition is very good there may be a tiny pinpoint chip on a high point or two in the cutting but no noticeable chips, no cracks, no sick glass. There are some scratches to the underside of the bottom. The Silverplate portions have no wear thru spots, no pitting/corrosion just light fine use scratches and clean polished ready to enjoy
