My shop name is winebeerglasses, same as my former Etsy shop (see the last image). I have a perfect 5-star customer rating from my buyers at Etsy for five years. I left Etsy because Etsy's customer support is unbearable. I decided to migrate to Bonanza.
I build and restore vintage automatic watches as a hobby using my knowledge in precision engineering and aesthetics. All my watches are freshly lubricated, timegrapher regulated, and cleaned to restore the pleasure of wearing a vintage watch with its full functionalities and timing performance.
I do not use Chinese-made parts, even the spring bars are Swiss Made.
This is a vintage Collectable Seiko Sportsmatic automatic watch with the 6619 movement, likely produced in 1965. See the link below for Seiko Sportsmatic. Seiko automatic watches produced during this period are of remarkable quality, all metal construction, unlike the later Seiko 5 which has plastic retainer and many other plastic parts.
It has the original beads of rice bracelet in very good condition. The bracelet really enhances the look of this watch. Most Seiko Sportsmatic watches are without their original bracelets. This one has the rare beads of rice bracelet.

This watch has that Grand Seiko's feel and look. The hands are sharp and beautifully finished. The plastic crystal is clean and clear, which brings out the nearly perfect white dial with very well made hour marks. If you cannot afford a Grand Seiko, this is your affordable alternative to get that GS feel.
It is 35 mm in width and 43 mm lug to lug, with a thickness of 8 mm. The stainless steel back is pressed in, not screwed in. The chromed case has some corrosion but only on the back side, not seen when wearing.
This watch is in remarkable condition for its age. The dial is clean and sharp (see images) and the Seiko logo is the old style, more rare version.
Just a few shakes, it keeps running and keeps very precise time.
It keeps accurate time, as expected from a well running Seiko.
As in any vintage watches, keep it from water.
It is medium sized for a classical look, not those outlandish large but cheaply made watches flooding the store.
The sale is final. I will provide three month free repair service. The buyer only one way shipping back to me and I will fix it up and send it back for free.
It is time to wear something different against the onslaught of electronics. In terms of the art of mechanical design, 60s and 70s were the peak. After that, it is all half electronics or full electronics.
