This item was purchased from an inventory surplus sale. It is also marked, "Rev. F 1615". We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It measures about 5 1/8" in overall length and about 3/16" in diameter. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
