Ultra Spec III Wafer Inspection System Irvine Optical

This is a used item. It is in good cosmetic condition. This unit powers on, the fan runs, and the display comes on. The rubber feet on the bottom are very sticky and so there is tape over them. There are two screws missing from the metal housing on each side. We are not able to test it further. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
