This panel powers on and gets the displays shown.  It is in good condition. When it first starts up it advances through one screen that says "Battery Possibly Bad".   I don't know if it needs a battery replacement or if it just needs to charge.  The plastic cover over the display is a little bit hazy on the left side of the display and there is a couple of punctures in the plastic and some righting on front that can be seen in the pictures.
