This item was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It does not have a manufacturer label on it and I am not able to verify the brand. It has the numbers "69-007' stamped on it. It is about 14" in overall length. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
