Alcatel-Lucent KS-24649, L5 Secondary Protector

This item was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. The plate is labeled, "848997227". I do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition with just normal wear. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
