Power-Strut PS31264 One Piece Pipe Strap Qty 4 New Powerstrut

This item was purchased from a large business inventory reduction sale. I do not know the history of it. This is a set of four new pipe straps out of the box with some shelf wear. They measure about 4 1/2'" diameter and about 1 1/2" wide. The mounting holes are about 6 1/2" center to center. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
