Used but in good condition. This powers on and I can adjust the light intensity with the control knob. It says "Swiss Made" on the front. It has a standard plug on the back but it says on the back that this runs on 220V.  I was able to power it on light up with 110V.   It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
