BLACK VALENTINE BUSH BEAN. This is a pre-1850 Heirloom bean. Grown for it's meaty rich flavor. Makes great black bean burgers. Also soups / chili / dips. Use fresh or dried, also freezes well. The pod is green and the beans are black. Easy to grow from seed. Full sun and medium water, a little organic fertilizer if needed. These bush beans get about 16" tall and 12" wide and produce 6" - 7" pods until first frost. 1/4lb = 300+ seeds per order.
