Vintage Blank Recipe Cards, with Kitchen themed designs

2 partial boxes of gift recipe cards, design out-of-print. Cards are printed on one side, obverse is blank.  2 sizes; 3" x 5" and 6" x 5". 

 

Each card has 3 header-lines: 

   *   Here's what's Cookin' (Name of Recipe),

   *   Recipe from the kitchen of (Presenter’s Name), and

   *  Serves (Quantity, # of people fed). 

 

The shorter card has 9 lines for info on front, the longer card has 25 lines.  The shorter cards have 4 designs, the double cards have only one.  The Current Catalog code for shorter was 123.  For double length, code 113. 

 

Recipe cards have two uses: 

   1.  As a gift to share your recipe with someone who enjoyed your dish, or to commemorate a special meal shared with them, or

   2.  To record how to prepare a dish whose recipe was found in a medium you don't want to get dirty while you are cooking.  Saving your phone or a valued cookbook from damage. 

 

Don't forget you can ask someone to give you a recipe so that your grandparent or parent's recipe is not lost.  Filling it out together can be a gift shared by both of you. 

 

Boxed size: 3" x 4" x 6".   There are 73 cards; 49 shorter cards and 24 double cards.
