There is a visible chip on the rear of the boy lamp, and a minor paint chip on the boy's hat. See photos of this area. The harps are permanently fixed and not removable. Lamps measure 12" high to the top of the figures, 21" high to the top of the harp and approximately 6.5" wide at the base. These ship in an oversized box.
