...the following officers are hereby mustered out and honorably discharged the services of the United States, to take effect May 15th 1865, an account of their services being no longer required.   They will recive no final payments until they have satisfied the Pay Department that they are not indebted to the Government:
1st Lieutenant James J. Fitzgerrell, Adjutant, 81st Illinois Volunteers
