Signed affidavit by Flavel Simonson and J. D. Fenton who protest a recent election for Republican delegates.

"No notice was ever given of such meeting..."

"no fair representation..."

"pretended dellegates nominated themselves"

"do not represent the political wishes...the Republican voters of said town..."

They call for another caucus to be held.
