Edgar Allan Poe (1809 - 1849) submitted his "The Bells" poem to John Sartain's (1808 - 1897) Magazine multiple times it was finally published in November of 1849 just after his death in October of 1849.Published in Philadelphia.The poem is in Volume V page 304.
