Great original, handwritten (on pre-printed form) indenture from Joseph H. Frees - Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania - to D.M. Lehman.  Frees was unable to pay his debts and assigns all his presonal property to Lehman to benefit his creditors

...for that certain personal property, of all sorts and description whatsoever, now being in or about his Shoe Store conducted at  No. 230 North Ninth Street, Lebanon, PA...
