She didn't drink, she didn't smoke, she didn't swear. She said her name was Virginia May Roundtree and that she came to New York from Abingdon, Virginia.
One morning, walking down West Eleventh Street in Greenwich Village, she just plain disappeared.
Book is in acceptable condition. General shelf and corner wear. Cover fraying along the edges. Some white marks on front and back cover. Light staining on the interior and exterior. The spine has some issues (See photo #3) Staining on the end pages. Piece of tape on the spine. Cover creasing. Scrape on back cover in the upper right. A solid reading copy.
