Jim Shore 2003 Joy To The World! 10 piece Nativity Set Enesco Heartwood Creek
Display this timeless piece to celebrate the holiday season with a touch of warmth and tradition. This retired 2003 Enesco Heartwood Creek Joy To The World! This display only pre owned Nativity Set features the hand-painted, folk art style with intricate detailing for which Jim Shore is renowned, bringing this Nativity scene to life. The set is in very well maintained pre owned condition, but there are no original boxes. This lovely vintage 10 piece collection includes: "Joy To The World!" 113254 (Mary, Joseph, and Jesus in the manger) "Let Earth Receive Her King" 113257 (Shephard with Donkey and Sheep), "Let Every Heart Prepare Him" 113256 (The three wise Kings-3 pcs), and Creche Stable with Star Backdrop by Damdaco - 113258 (12 inches wide x 11 1/2 inches tall x 4 1/4 inches deep). This is the original Jim Shore Nativity set and is not a mini set. This set is also larger than the 2004 10 piece set with the largest figure in this set being 7 inches tall.
The Holy Family Figurine "Joy to the World!" Set features the Baby Jesus in the manger and Mary with a desert scene on the front her robe with Joseph whose robe shows their journey in desert. "Let Earth Receive Her King" features a Shepherd with a robe bearing an image of an angel and sheep on the front and he is accompanied by a donkey and sheep who are both laying down. "Let Every Heart Prepare Him Room" is a set of three Wise Men. The first wears a green hat and a robe with a depiction of the angel above the shepherds with their flock. The second Wise Man wears a red hat and his robe shows the star they followed from above to Bethlehem. The third Wise Man wears a blue had and the front of his robe shows an image of the three kings on camels.
